Rely on Lakeland Family Eyecare for Your Eye Emergency Needs
An eye injury and emergency can be scary, and it can be difficult to know what to do. If you or a loved one experiences an eye injury, please call us immediately. We can diagnose and treat many eye-related emergencies much quicker and more accurately than in the emergency room.
We have invested in innovative equipment that provides us with an in-depth analysis of your eyes. It allows us to examine your eyes’ surface and digitally scan the inside of the eye for abnormalities or changes. With this wealth of information, we can assess and treat your eyes.
Emergency Eye Care Is Covered
An emergency visit and treatment with our optometrist is free for any Albertan. It is covered under AHCIP (Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan).
