Dr. Moir, originally from Calgary, decided to move his family to Lakeland to escape the big city.
Sean attended the University of Waterloo on a hockey scholarship, where he completed his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Moir later attended the University of Waterloo School of Optometry, graduating with Honors in 2013. While in school, he had the opportunity to work alongside several ophthalmologists specializing in various eye diseases.
When Sean is not serving patients, he spends most of his time with his family. He loves winter, so in his spare time he enjoys hockey, cross-country and downhill skiing. In the summer you will often find him out on the boat enjoying the sun with his family.
